About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement under which Surepayd is supplied.

If you are a Surepayd client, your relationship with us is governed by the agreement you signed. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins. Nothing here adds to it, takes anything from it, or creates an entitlement to the platform.

That agreement is not published here. If you are evaluating Surepayd and your procurement process needs to read it before you engage, ask us and we will send it to you. A trust centre is planned, and it will hold these documents alongside our security reporting.

Using this website

You may read this site, and share links to it, without asking us.

You may not:

  • Copy substantial parts of it for use elsewhere, or republish it as your own.
  • Scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people. Ordinary indexing is fine and welcome, and our robots.txt says what we allow.
  • Attempt to gain access to anything the site does not openly offer, or probe it for weaknesses without our written agreement.
  • Submit the contact form with someone else's details, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.

If you want to test the security of this site or the platform, write to us first. We will usually say yes, and we would rather know.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, graphics, interface and the Surepayd name and marks, belongs to SurePayd Services Pty Ltd or is used under licence.

This site names other companies' products so you can tell whether Surepayd works with what you run. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Sage, MYOB, Xero, Pronto, Infor, Epicor, Ariba, Coupa, Concur, Basware and every other third-party name and logo used here are the property of their respective owners. Naming them does not imply they endorse Surepayd, nor that we are affiliated with them beyond any integration described.

Accuracy of information

This site carries figures of two different kinds, and the difference matters.

Client outcomes
Results achieved by named or described clients, for example a reduction in days sales outstanding or in open disputes. They happened, in those businesses, under those conditions. They are not a forecast for yours.
Business case figures
Figures shown on the Industries page come from client business cases, modelled on the conservative case rather than the expected one. They are projections prepared with a prospective client against their own data, not delivered averages.

Nothing on this site is a warranty, a guarantee of result, or an offer capable of acceptance. Product descriptions reflect the platform as it stands and may change. If a number here matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will show you where it came from.

Nothing on this site is financial, legal or accounting advice.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will be uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, Surepayd is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.

Some rights cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
